ATEC aircraft: who builds them, who services them
ATEC aircraft are built and sold by ATEC v.o.s. Service, inspections, repairs and spare parts are provided by Čekan servis, a service centre authorized by the manufacturer.

How it came about
ATEC aircraft were built by a family company led for many years by its founder, Petr Volejník. After his death, the company's activities were divided: aircraft production and sales remain with ATEC v.o.s., while servicing of ATEC aircraft was taken over by Čekan servis. Since September 2025 we have been a service centre authorized by the manufacturer ATEC v.o.s., and the aircraft are serviced by technicians who used to build them.
What we do for ATEC owners
Under the manufacturer's authorization (PDF, in Czech) we carry out on ATEC aircraft:
- routine and advanced maintenance and inspections per the manufacturer's documentation
- airframe and systems repairs
- implementation of the manufacturer's service bulletins
- avionics installation and integration
- a check flight after major maintenance or repair
- spare parts, including for owners outside the Czech Republic
- advice on maintenance, faults and aircraft documentation, by phone or e-mail

Support across Europe
You can fly in to Milovice (LKMILO), bring the aircraft disassembled, or we can arrange service at your airfield. We send spare parts anywhere in Europe and advise on maintenance and documentation by phone or e-mail. Owners we already support include those from Germany, Slovakia, Austria, Poland, France, Slovenia and Finland.
